ONE TO ONE CONFIDENCE COURSES

This workshop / course was introduced a few years ago and  if you fancy a day out to Wales or the Peak District under the guidance of an experienced Police trained advanced instructor, then this course is for you.

The workshop / course is tailor made to suit your individual requirements and  has been designed to identify any strengths or weaknesses you may have in your riding.

The day usually starts at 10am, or earlier with regular breaks for refreshments and debriefs.  You will receive a course certificate and assessment report on your riding, which may entitle you to a discount on your insurance. In 2008 the DSA (Driving Srandards Agency) approved Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS) will be incorpoarted into this course. All successful riders will recieve an Enhanced Rider Insurance Certificate ( ERIC), which may entitle them to discounted insurance.

All one day assessment workshops / courses start at home with you filling out a rider profile. You can identify your strengths and weaknesses.  The day is then designed to address your bad habits and also improve on your good riding habits  All the information, debriefs etc will be documented and you will receive a training journal at the end of the day.  This workshop/course is designed to develop your riding style under the expert guidance of a qualified assessor in a controlled environment..

Workshop

The Assessment and Development Workshop formerly known as the Performance Course.  This workshop has been designed for the inexperienced rider looking to improve their riding skills after passing their test or the more experienced rider who wants to develop their riding over a period of time, in a structured way.

• The course is run by an Police Motorcycle Instructor who is also a ROSPA / IAM examiner and has completed a NVQ Training and Development City & Guilds 7306 Course and BTEC in Advanced Motorcycle Instruction
• All Workshops Courses are NOW 1 : 1  
• You receive 10 sessions of assessment with each session lasting 30 to 40 minutes.  Minimum 2 sessions per meeting
• Sessions can be arranged a day, week or month apart, You decide, there is no hurry to complete the course.  (Give yourself time to practice between sessions.)
• DVD at the end at each session which will be posted on to you before the next meeting
• Controlled, flexible learning environment
• At the end of each session you will be graded, Bronze, Silver or Gold which will go towards the end of course overall assessment

In 2008 we can offer the DSA (Driving Srandards Agency) approved Enhanced Rider Scheme (ERS). All successful riders will recieve an Enhanced Rider Insurance Certificate ( ERIC), which may entitle them to discounted insurance.

The ride will consist of an hours ride under assessment that will be based upon the first contact you make with Advanced Motorcycle Training .Com.  In other-words when you contact us by phone or e-mail you will be asked what you needs are and encouraged to complete a pre ride assessment, which can be 'on line'.  Your Post Test Trainer / assessor will then design the assessment ride to suit you individual needs, ie, If you have problems on Motorways, then the assessment will be based on that area. 

The cost ONLY £55.00.

(Includes copy DVD AND includes 1 hour travelling time by instructor to and from meeting place )

If you want to develop your riding further and choose to enrol on any other Performance Course then you will be eligible to a £20.00 discount.  The course fee applies to the Staffordshire area only. Please telephone for prices and  for further information if you live outside the Staffordshire.

All the workshops / courses have been designed to identify any bad habits picked up during your motorcycling and to develop your riding skills.  To be truthful you can not learn Advanced riding overnight, but you can pick up some tips and advice that you can build upon.  

Our courses are not about going as fast as you can.  You will sometimes feel this is happening, but you will find you will develop a smoother progressive and more constant type of riding.  This often feels a lot faster than before.  

Every rider has his or her limits and on all courses they will not be exceeded - You will ride within your 'Comfort Zone'.
